IFES
is a New England leader in the commercial food equipment repair
business. Our service technicians utilize their mechanical
and customer service skills to troubleshoot, repair, and provide
preventive maintenance to restaurants, hotels, hospitals, cafeterias,
schools, and universities.
We
are seeking technicians with the following backgrounds:

Commercial or residential cooking equipment and / or refrigeration
repair.

Facilities Management / Maintenance
-
We will train individuals with a strong electrical and mechanical
background.

A good driving record is required.

Requirements:
- 4+
yrs field experience
- Expert
understanding of gas, electricity, and steam
- Expert
understanding of commercial cooking equipment: ovens, ranges,
grills, fryers, broilers, steamers, conveyor ovens, combination
ovens.
- Excellent
Customer Service skills
- Must
be a team player
- Ability
to diagnose and fix highly technical problems
- Ability
to train and lead apprentice technicians
Service
Technician
Requirements:
- Strong
understanding of gas, electricity, and steam
- Strong
understanding of commercial cooking equipment: ovens, ranges,
grills, fryers, broilers, steamers, conveyor ovens, combination
ovens.
- Excellent
Customer Service skills
- Must
be a team player
- Ability
to diagnose and fix common problems

Responsibilities include:
